In terms of production and quality assurance, the company operates a modern production base equipped with advanced precision film-forming and testing instruments. Our core product portfolio includes PPS films, PAEK films, and high-end thermoplastic composites, with performance benchmarks aligned with international standards. We offer personalized customization to meet the specific technical requirements of diverse applications.
As our flagship product, our PPS film provides exceptional high-temperature resistance (long-term service at 220°C, short-term peaks of 260°C), superior corrosion resistance, high insulation, and dimensional stability. With a UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating and a low water absorption rate of 0.03%, its performance remains uncompromised in high-heat and high-humidity environments. It is widely utilized in electronics (FPC flexible circuit board insulation, battery pack gaskets, motor/transformer insulation), NEVs (motor insulation systems, high-temperature sensor substrates, power battery protection), and industrial tapes, serving as the premium substrate for extreme operating conditions.
Our PAEK film offers even more advanced properties, with a long-term service temperature exceeding 250°C and instantaneous resistance up to 300°C. It combines ultra-high mechanical strength with resistance to hydrolysis, wear, and radiation. Even at 200°C, its flexural strength remains above 24MPa. Specific grades offer medical-grade bio-compatibility for use in medical implants. Our PAEK solutions are primarily focused on aerospace (lightweight structural components, thermal insulation, cable shielding), medical health (catheters, implantable films, surgical instrument protection), and semiconductors (high-temperature process protection, insulation substrates), effectively replacing expensive imports and driving technical upgrades across these sectors.
